Questions? Good.
Here are some of the most common things people ask before reaching out.

We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're hoping to shift, and important pieces of your story. You’ll have space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. Over time, we’ll begin building the trust, safety, and connection that meaningful therapy depends on.
-
I'm relational and integrative, which means I care about the relationship between us as much as the work itself, and I create an individualized approach to meet you where you are. I'm warm, empathic, and I meet complexity with nuance rather than oversimplification. I believe growth often happens through a combination of support, reflection, and gentle challenge when needed. I'm also trauma-informed and existential in my approach, and I believe therapy can explore what's meaningful without becoming overly clinical or distant.

Thoughtful, curious people who are interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. Many are navigating relationship challenges, attachment patterns, grief, life transitions, identity questions, or the impact of lasting experiences that changed how they see themselves and others.
They’re often reflective people who have spent time trying to understand themselves but still feel stuck in familiar emotional or relational patterns. Some struggle with feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or uncertain about how they got here in the first place. They value depth, nuance, and meaningful conversations, and are looking for a space where they can explore both their inner world and the larger relationships, systems, and cultural influences shaping their lives.
Whether you’re new to therapy or spent years doing personal work, we’ll start where you are.
-
That's really common. Many people come to me after feeling rushed, dismissed, misunderstood, or like they had to fit themselves into someone else’s approach in previous therapy. Here, we’ll work collaboratively at a pace that feels sustainable, with space for curiosity, nuance, and your full experience. I strive to create a space where safety, trust, and authenticity can be built over time—where you don’t need to perform, prove yourself, or be anything other than who you are.
-
Yes. Depth and safety aren't opposites—they go together. We can explore meaningful experiences, patterns, and emotions at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable for your nervous system. If something feels like too much, we adjust. Therapy isn’t about pushing past your limits; it’s about expanding your capacity over time. It's your session, your pace.
-
It depends on your goals. Some people come for a few months to work through a specific concern, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns, attachment wounds, relationships, identity, and lasting change. Some people move into a maintenance phase, meeting less frequently to maintain progress, navigate new challenges, and continue building on the growth they’ve already achieved. We’ll regularly check in about what’s feeling helpful and what you need from the process.

I currently offer virtual therapy for clients located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Sessions are conducted securely online, so you can join from wherever feels comfortable for you. While I will explore in-person options in the future, virtual therapy is currently my primary format.

I'm a private pay therapist and do not accept insurance. However, I do offer limited sliding scale slots and can provide super bills for out-of-network reimbursement. I accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.

I require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel with less notice, the full session fee applies. Life happens — if something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible.
