The Work We Do Together

Whether you're coming in solo or with a partner, every session is a space for people who’ve already read the books, done the journaling, and know all the right words - but still can’t seem to feel the shift. And if therapy is completely new to you, that’s okay too. We’ll start where you are - and get curious about what’s underneath.

Therapy should feel accessible. While I don’t accept insurance, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Visit the FAQs to learn more.

Emotional Overwhelm

Anxiety that won't quiet down. Burnout that's become your baseline. A nervous system that feels like it's always bracing for something. Spending so much energy trying to figure it out, and still feeling stuck.

Relational Patterns

The same argument on repeat. Anxious, avoidant, or disorganized relational behaviors that feel hard to break. Over-functioning, people-pleasing, chronic resentment, or difficulty expressing needs. Communication that breaks down right when it matters most. Betrayal, trust issues, emotional neglect, and the slow erosion of feeling truly known.

Trauma & Abuse

Complex relational trauma. Emotional and narcissistic abuse. Power dynamics that left you feeling small or beneath others, overlooked, or managing everyone else’s needs while you felt misunderstood. Toxic workplace experiences that got under your skin more than you expected. Childhood wounds that quietly run the show.

Identity & Self-Exploration

Who you are underneath who you've had to be. Life transitions that crack something open. Feeling like your self-worth depends on what you do, achieve, or provide for others. People pleasing, shame, and the exhausting work of constantly managing how you're perceived.
